Writing has always been a passion of mine. It comes to me naturally. But for my full time job, I’m a first responder. While you might think that makes me a moonlighter or stereotypical “freelancer”, I can assure you I’m as professional as they come. Like my dad alway said:

“If you’re going to do anything, do it right.” 

I love my job. Serving my community is my purpose and becoming a fireman is the best decision I have ever made. However, it took me a while to get where I am today.

After earning my degree in journalism, I thought I wanted to be the next Vin Scully bringing you the play-by-play account of the next magical World Series moment. When that path left me unfulfilled, I chose to work for a digital design agency in the FT. Worth Stockyards as a project manager. There I received the exposure and experience that would lead me to this venture in pursuit of the title “Best Copywriter in Texas”. Now, I have two passions in my professional life. Firefighting & writing.

Some people like numbers. Some like science. Some can cook. Some can sing and some can dance. Well, I love words! I’m constantly reading and when it comes to branding and marketing, there’s nothing I hate to see more than a business with a great product or service that gets lost in sub par copy.
